If there is a problem with your item, please contact email@example.com or take advantage of the chat feature on the site. I do not offer returns if you "do not like" the item. All photos are shown of the item and you must submit all questions prior to checkout. If an item has an issue with quality control, I will issue a refund when the item is returned back to myself (I'll cover shipping costs). If an item is damaged in transit, I will pay for shipping of the item back to me and will be refunding you upon receiving the item.
With all orders taken case-by-case basis, I cannot be in fault if USPS does not deliver your item or loses your item. You will need to file a complaint with the USPS office and they will be in charge of issuing a refund.
I currently do not offer exchanges as I use all of my own photos for each listed item. Please ask all questions prior to checkout via email or using the chat feature on the site!
