If there is a problem with your item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. I do not offer returns if you "do not like" the item. All photos are shown and you must submit all questions prior to checkout. If an item has an issue with quality control, I will issue a refund when the item is returned back to myself (I'll cover shipping). If an item is damaged in transit, I will pay for the shipping of the item back to me and will be refunding you. With all orders taken by case-by-case basis, I cannot be in fault if USPS does not deliver your item or loses your item. You will need to file a complaint with the USPS office and they be in charge of refunding your item.
I currently do not offer exchange as I use all of my own photos for each listed item. Please ask all questions prior to checkout!
